Queen Elizabeth Hosts Garden Party at Buckingham Palace
Coat dress number 1.000.000. I find this just boring. It is nice, but she repeted the look like , Stephanie of Lux repet her giant trousers.

ReplyDeleteLove Catherine's pale blue suit, hat and earrings. Beautiful color and design. Just wish she had worn something other than the ubiquitous nude pumps. But, overall, lovely.
ReplyDeleteI have to say, the Queen looks amazing again! Her "Advisor" has a good sense of Fashion.- Somehow this "Baby-Blue" is high on demand at the moment: Mrs Trump, Mme. Macron, Catherine. A little bit to much for my eyes these days. But I like "Kate's" little hat. Overall she looks lovely again.

Kate looks really pretty, really appropriate, and sort of boring. Her hat is positioned at an odd angle and she's peering out from under it in the most awkward ways. The Queen looks like an angel. As for Princess Beatrice, where does she think she is? On the deck of the Good Ship Lollipop?

Beatrice reminds me of a school girl from the beginning 20th century. Another big fail for her.

ReplyDeleteThe Queen looks lovely in the pink, I preferred the shade of blue for the coatdress that Catherine wore in Luxembourg, I'm not sure about the angle of her hat - personally I would find it annoying over my eye like that. But she looks good.
ReplyDeleteThe Princess Royal looks nice - she has a lovely trim figure and I like the colour.
I can't see enough of Beatrice's dress but it looks OK. The boater hat is just silly IMO but it's not a style of hat I particularly like anyway.
Kate is amassing a nice jewellery collection. I like her earrings.
ReplyDeleteDOC has worn this a few times. This time, with her hair styled in an updo, and those earings, is the best looking todate!
ReplyDeleteThe coat dress look, might seem a little 'much the same', but I think, it's a style she's comfortable wearing and it's practical for engagements. As long as she can 'spice' it up with accessories/jewellery, which is what she's done here.
Princess Michael of Kent (Marie-Christine) had been there as well.
ReplyDeleteStylish, chic, elegant and sophisticated Duchess of Cambridge. The ice blue dress coat fits her one hundred percent. I cant agree more with Dailymail = The Duchess knows exactly what suits her, what is fit for royalty and she never falters. The colour of the coat dress and earrings enhanced her flawless complexion. The focus of this garden party was on the Queen not the Duchess and therefore the Duchess will never outshine the Queen. Cheeky hat that fits her personality. The Duchess will look ridiculous with a flying saucer that certain Royal ladies are wearing.
