Interview of Princess Charlene to a EWN - VIDEO
Charlene is lovely here. Great color on her; classic lines; earrings are beautiful.
ReplyDeleteYes, she loves her jewels now. Fabulous in red. But already to "plasticky stucking in her face". That's a pity. What in 20 years or so?
ReplyDeleteYep, charlene is soo chic, sophisticated, confident woman love her short sexy cut!!
DeleteI am sorry that I have to say this. She should avoid this kind of tops or dress. Her shoulders are way too wide.
ReplyDeleteNanyalynn, I agree. Not flattering.
DeleteI agree
Deleteit seems to be a bit difficult to talk with those lips...
ReplyDelete....and impossible to smile :-(((
DeleteHer plastic surgery looks even more awful when she moves her face/talks.
DeleteShe stretched to the max. Wow....
DeleteMy impression: she is an unhappy woman.
ReplyDeleteWell, there is a famous song from the opera Mahagonny: "We all make the bed we must lie in".
DeleteAnyway, I highly doubt she'll win many points in Monaco by babbling about how much she loves South Africa.
Exactly what I thought...
DeleteRomana she did go a bit overboard there. Monaco is her country now.
DeleteRomana, now you have put a catchy tune into my head! But it is another Mahagonny-song: "Show me the way to the next whisky-bar..."
DeleteThe next whisky bar... now that's not a bad idea at all.
DeleteCharlene first wore that dress in 2012. It's Dior.
ReplyDeleteIt's shocking to see how much her face has changed. Way too much plastic surgery, she doesn't even look like the same woman anymore. There's nothing wrong with a little self improvement, but just know when to stop.

Princess Charlene looks stunning!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful princess in red. Stunning
ReplyDeleteAnna-Marie Punt, hierdie negatiewe mense maak my so siek. Hulle moet die ongelukkigste mense wees met n erge swak selfbeeld.
Deletestunning indeed.
ReplyDeleteGreat work. Love the red. Not digging her MASK face. The top half doesn't move. The bottom half seems to be doing the work but it is also tight.
ReplyDeleteThis doesn't bode well for future. Hope she lays off the botox.
Before anyone attacks I like Charlene very much. This is NOT a personal attack on her. Her face and general appearance us fair game so... I can say my say. Scroll by if you feel the need to be snarky.
I don't care about the dress and I still think her hair is too short.
DeleteAs for the rest of what you say I partly agree: this doesn't project any well for the future. I particularly loathe the Star Trek Worf-like protuberances on the side of her face, along the corner of her eyes (definitely toooooo much filler). Besides, I don't get the whole thing, she didn't need all those fillers and botox to begin with. Her face wasn't that wrinkly or soggy or droopy or whatever. It just wasn't.
However. I think her face isn't moveless beyond recovery and I guess the effects of the ps are exaggerated by a really bad makeup. Hard black eyeliner paired with completely nude lips makes any face look like a doll's unpainted, masklike head. No exception.
Also, for comparison, people hardly comment on Letizia's face even though she had quite the amount of ps on her chin and nose and there was some eyelid lift and is visibly using botox. Her face is very stiff too, period. We just don't really comment on it. Then again, Letizia's makeup is almost always impeccable as is her whole appearance and that just detracts attention and I have a gut feeling we just don't notice the immobility of her face because she never was that widely grinning-mimicrying type to begin with.
I do comment about Letizia's face! I think her plastic fantastic project is horrible just like Charlene's. And it is true, Letizia never smiles so we cannot say anything about the mobility in her face. I do not know what's wrong with these women to do all those botox. If you have only even an little bit common sense you will never do this and if their husbands like these kind of faces i think they are crazy.
DeleteI think maybe we comment about Charlene and her ps because she was really lovely and pretty before she began with all this; and this botox and whatever she does didn't do her a favour in my opinion. She still is beautiful, no doubt, but I prefer her look from the time around wedding.
DeleteLovely and kind lady
ReplyDeleteI can hardly concentrate on what she is saying because I just keep staring at her stiff face and lips. As already said here, please know when to stop!
ReplyDeleteIt was a good interview and it seems to me that comments about her face being immobile are exaggerated, but she DOES look very different from her younger days. Her dimples are charming and I never really noticed them before. Maybe the rest of the world should acknowledge a different body-type, the athletic swimmer's. Years of hard work in the water made those shoulders and I would think she is justifiably proud of them, not ashamed.
ReplyDeleteMy question from it (besides the other comments here) is why aren't her children with her or already have visited South Africa?
ReplyDeleteAt least she smiled a bit. Normally she just has the glazed over "I'm not happy look." I agree with the earlier poster that she chose this life, it wasn't forced on her. Play the part.
Oh my, it was quite shocking to see in the video, the extent of the work she has had done. She's so young to have had SO much work done ! Let's hope someone in her close circle tell her enough is enough !
ReplyDeleteBotox or no botox charlene is chic, sophisticated glamorous, beautiful, and she has her identity no need to follow her husband everywhere, shes a very confident. Woman!!!
ReplyDeleteik vind het steeds een mooie prinses!!maar de mensen hebben altijd wat te zeggen,en dat zijn mensen, die zelf heel knap zijn ,en die gunnen een ander niets !!!!
