  1. I don´t mind the jacket, I think it is both flattering and fun, and still elegant enough for a royal outfit. The skinny trousers though are just atrocious. They will make her (and everyone else) cringe in a few years when seeing these photos. They are ghastly even on very slim people, and even more so when worn with heels. For me, one of the least appropriate things for a royal dressing.
I can kind of tolerate (not like) skinny trousers in a very casual setting, like for a bike trip or strolling along the beach. But then, flat casual shoes are a must (or no shoes at all), and a very casual shirt or tunic.
Lastly, the look suggested by the model hurts my eyes for so many reasons (pink and red together, ghastly skinny trousers, top tugged visibly into trousers, the trousers waist at a height I associate with the really old folks, sleeves sticking out from jacket, cropped trousers worn with heels, and heeled boots at that, the world´s most unflattering hairstyle and a facial expression that makes me want to slap her). Simply yuck altogether.

    1. Vanessa, you make me laugh with your comment on the model! Anyway, I find Letizia very chic. I could never ever wear trousers as skinny as those, let alone in white...

    2. We are slapping the models now! Now that would be motivating! Lol! I love the unexpected chunky zipper on this feminine jacket. I am waiting for Letizia's next pairing woth the Zara jacket.

  2. Those pants ruin the look. So inappropriate. A rare misstep for Letizia.

  4. I don't like that Zara coat. When it's not on Letizia - maybe, but she twice picked out weird combinations with it.

  5. Yes, I agree also. Are they jeans, very cheap looking. Some beautiful white slacks would have looked lovely.

  7. I like the coat, the pants are too tight, don't look good at all.

  8. This coat seems to provoke passion on both sides, I am on the love one, I simply adore it, Granted she could have paired them with pants of different fabric, and the result would have been much better, nevertheless I found love the end result. Personally YES to ankle pants and heels. Loved the hair and earrings.

    1. Seems we are the minority, CB. I love this look. Skinny pants and heels are very popular right now. Women, including myself, wear this look in the office.

    2. I would wear it too, if it looked good on me.;-) But it does not. So I often wear a dress, which is okay. My husband likes dresses.

  10. El abrigo rojo es encantador y juvenil. Los pantalones no me gustan, pero Letizia es una reina maravillosamente cercana y entregada a la gente.

  11. I really dont like the ruffles on the jacket sleeves, they remind of a costume worn by circus jugglers. The pants is a big NO for me. How can she wore those at a public engagement? A rare miss from her.

  12. Came back to read all your comments, and upon reading mine I realize that I shouldn't write at night, plus the autocorrect is a traitor😃😃😃😃😃
Not paired them , but paired "it"
Not I found love, but I love the end result.
    Sorry!!
