On March 7, 2017, Queen Máxima of the Netherlands visits the Koppert Cress in Westland. During her visit, Queen Máxima visited the testing ground for various edible flowers and plants. Koppert Cress is a horticultural company specializing in a variety of edible plants and flowers that are used by national and international chefs, restaurants and hotels. Queen Maxima wore a new Natan Dress. |
I love the top part of the dress, color and neckline, but it is too tight over the hips and a bit too short. The coat should have had the length of the dress. She is the queen of wearing her coats over the shoulders, but like this it looks boxy.
ReplyDeleteA ponytail with extensions? Urrghh...
Is that a huge beetle brooch?
ReplyDeleteNo hat? Well, well! I like the cape, don't like the dress, hate the hair
ReplyDeleteWow what an amazing queen, Dutch are lucky!!!!
ReplyDeleteThe dress is nice, and the coat. Her hair is awful as the extensions look like straw and don't match the rest of her hair - which looks rather messy anyway.
ReplyDelete(What is the brooch? On my screen it looks like a giant bug)
Nice dress. This kind of up-doe with extension is so much better than her own miserable hair.
ReplyDeleteI dont like the color and pattern of the dress but maxima always tends to dress very well.
ReplyDeleteI do adore Queen Maxima and she looks lovely, but even she cannot get me on board with a giant beetle brooch.
ReplyDeleteCould have done a better job with the extensions....note to her hairdresser...blend, blend, blend!!!
ReplyDeleteLove Maxima, however, this ensemble doesn't do much for me. I don't particularly like the dress, I really don't like the brooch or Maxima's hairstyle. Perhaps it is time for Maxima to consider a shorter hairstyle.
ReplyDeleteThe hair extension looks like straw, the coat shorter than the dress does not work this time (sometimes it does work). Lovely smile as always!
ReplyDeleteThe Dutch are lucky to have a Queen so full of vibrancy, style and love of her family and country.
