DeleteAll the time when you sit the dress goes up. In any case, even when she's standing, it is too short, period.
DeleteIt seems to me that is why she does not feel comfortable in this dress. Probably she did not think of this effect.
DeleteIf it's a loose dress it usual doesn't go up. But she is wearing a fitted dress. It's indeed too short. I agree.
