  3. I admire Princess Madeleine's work with children, but this blouse doesn't do anything for me. I do prefer it open at the neck as Madeleine is wearing it, and I think it looks nicer with a cropped pant.

  4. Lovely! Personally I'm not a huge fan of the blouse (I am glad she wore it open at the neck as well) but I think it served as a nice way to bring a touch of Madeleine's personality to an otherwise appropriately subdued, professional outfit.

  5. Princess Madeleine has taken Childhood as her mission and its very nice seeing her at work. Looking great as always. Her hair are very beautiful. That Vilshenko's blouse looks lovely and eyecatching but it looks indeed the best with cropped pants.

  6. The first photo is lovely, but I don´t like the blouse after seeing all of it. The piece of embroidery connecting the two vertical lines is just so wrong. It doesn´t make any sense in that location and instead ends up looking like a rather anatomic illustration of her uterus. Also, with a blouse that already almost all black, the black trousers make the whole look too depressing. And lastly, she really needed wide, flowing trousers to go with the blouse, much like in the photo with the model (on the left). The cropped pants look ridiculous.

    2. For me this embroidery looked like Medal of Honor mayors or head of universities wear for ceremonial events. But to think that it looks like anatomic illustration of woman's uterus...hmmm.

    3. But medals of honor or similar adornments are just never worn in that place. That place should just never be drawn attention to, it´s so highly distracting. I can think of a million things that that embroidery reminds me of including some sort of harness, a kid´s purse dangling far down from around the neck, a set of suspenders on a lederhosen and a huge arrow pointing down - none of which have a place on a lady´s elegant blouse. Maybe I have a vivid imagination, haha.

    4. I entirely agree with you Anna-Marie, vulgar and tasteless comment.

  7. She is a beautiful woman, and this work is admirable, but I dont like the shirt. That embroidery is just too folkloric.
