DeleteI like the coat and the boots. But she should combine them with gray not with this nightmare of mustard and tobacco.
ReplyDeleteI don't like these colors on my best day, but on some other photos I've seen they work reasonably well with the interior of the castle they were touring.

ReplyDeleteMaxima wouldn't be getting lost in that outfit amidst all of the black on everybody else.The dank cold of a German winter has everybody else wrapped up tightly to the neck. She soldiers on, smiling, and freezing - for sure. I bet she was wishing for a fur cape, too. Could she borrow one from her mother-in-law?

ReplyDeleteThe carpet coat is back! Sorry, I still don't like it. It's just a shaggy rug in an interesting colour.
ReplyDeleteI normally love tan/brown and blue together but these two shades are just too much for my taste. And the bow blouse with the bright suit is definitely too much.
Not my cup of tea this time. Colors and models of these clothes are not at all becoming to Maxima.

ReplyDeleteI agree about the coat with no fastening in front. I have a beautiful camel color coat and did not realize that there was not even a snap up front... but I digress.... I actually like the combination of colors here but I must add that not many people can pull off this color combination like the Queen.

ReplyDeleteMaxima's suit is orange I suppose... unlucky combination of colors, materials, cut and everything else. Even separate the pieces are difficult. Oh my!
