I know these guys are wearing traditional outfits, and I´m sure they´re tough guys, but I think it´s irresponsible to "display" these costumes when it means that someone has to stand half-naked and barefooted in the mid-winter cold, even if it´s only for a few minutes (it surely wouldn´t have been less than 15 minutes, and that would certainly get me a serious cold.

DeleteIt looks ridiculous. Poor planning - it's winter! If they were part of an official greeting it should have been done indoors.
