The Carlsberg Foundation Research Prizes were instituted in 2011 to mark the bicentenary of the birth of founder J.C. Jacobsen. ReplyDeleteThere´s retro and there´s dowdy. Dress looks totally out of place here, making Mary look like the cousin from country - compared to all the other women who live in THIS century. The dress *might* work for a retro-themed garden party; but a research prize giving calls for something contemporary and edgy, not a 50s apron dress.

ReplyDeleteLooks a bit casural, colour is good, design just ok. It should be top with sleeves, normally sleevless gives the impression of casural.
