A bit too early 80s to my taste. Her hair is a hit however (don't know why, it's almost always the same style but some days it turns out a lot better). And this is an interesting outfit on Astrid. Maybe a wee bit girlish with the bell skirt and off the shoulder top but it's a nice colour combo, the black and marigold on white. Hm. Interesting, to say the least.
Wouldn't it be helpful if, after you have tried on an outfit, to take a photo of you in the clothes? With instant pictures now, you can quickly see what might be embarrassing or wrong for your body. Those stripes on the skirt are not good. They make Princess Astrid look like she is pregnant. The bow draws even more attention. And it all could be so much better with more thought put into the design. I like the colors and the shape of the skirt. It looks fun. Unfortunate choice, otherwise.
Always pretty, Mathilde
ReplyDeleteI agree
ReplyDeleteThe dress is too long and to dark for the summer. Astrid s skirt is not nice, its siuts herr not. This picture is not to remember.
ReplyDeletePrincess Astrid, the proportions are all wrong; and the shoes? She doesn't look at all comfortable

ReplyDeleteOh Mathilde why so frumpy. You are still a young woman!
ReplyDeleteNot my cup of tea. Agree with ZL too 80s, to glittery and to much like a winterdress at high summer and Astrid...I take the fifth ;)
