Bloomberg is the founder, CEO, and owner of Bloomberg media company. Michael Bloomberg served as the 108th Mayor of New York City.

      Rainha he is a business tycoon and is very much involved with the Brexit (Great Britain) is voting to leave the EU. He is making the rounds I think to make them all rally to talk more. Brussels is center of finance and so he probably has additional business there and he probably knows the royals. He is super rich.
