Princess Marie of Denmark attends the UN International Peacekeepers Day at Kastellet and presents medals to veterans at the Citadel on May 29 in Copenhagen, Denmark. In 2015 it was Prince Joachim, who presented medals, but this year he participated at the Classic Race in Aarhus, then Princess Marie took over for her husband. Maybe a tad short for this event? Yes? Or no?
ReplyDeleteI'd say yes. But perhaps I'm not very neutral because I'm really fed up with all these short skirts. I definitely prefer the midi length.
DeleteWe have seen shorter on a Queen ;)
DeleteI wonder, if she wears clothes just above the knee, to give her a little more height ? She is quite petite in stature.
Delete(Her hair is looking so much better with length to it !)
A bit too short .....
DeleteThat may be the reason Annabel. Never thought of that. Still little short for me. At least for this event.
DeleteYes! To me, Marie never ever (or very rarely) seems to get it quite right.
DeleteJust right.
ReplyDeleteI didnt noticed that....you are right Diana, perhaps a bit longer
ReplyDeleteI think that wearing very skin-tight clothes for an official event is much worse than wearing shorter coat/dress/skirt.
ReplyDeleteThis coat has very nice fit and its length is perfectly decent! Mary looks very lovely and elegant.
She is, in my view, very elegant and low key. She is petite and wears clothes that enhances her "stature" or lack thereof. She does not show airs like smeone else we know.
ReplyDeleteshe so lovely her outfit
