King Felipe VI and Queen Letizia of Spain attend the Cervantes literary award ceremony at the Alcala de Henares University in Alcala de Henares on April 23, 2016. Mexican writer Fernando del Paso denounced today, after receiving the Cervantes literary award, the 'oppressive law' which allows the Mexican police 'seizing and even shooting in demonstrations' those considered to threaten public order. |
Lovely ensemble and stunning earrings.
ReplyDeleteThose earrings, I WANT them. I have the right...*cranking and weeping on the floor to get them*
ReplyDeleteI agree with all of you, i love those earings too!! Is so Nice to see her wearing more jewels; is just me or the King looks tired and older? Such a beautiful man but looks so pale...i know that we usually talk about the ladies but dont you think that he looked better with the beard?
ReplyDeleteI prefer him with a beard, too. As for looking tired, I think it is natural thinking of the difficult political situation in Spain. They still have no new government after the last elections. It seems that the King will have another round of meetings with the leaders of the political parties this week. It is very possible that there might be new elections. All these worries are taking there toll.
DeleteThe President of the Community of Madrid Cristina Cifuentes is really amazing! What a classy lady she is, always so chic and elegant, always dressed accordingly.
ReplyDeleteI love her ensemble too! I am glad the Princess of Asturias has many strong women examples in her life. I hope she takes a few pointers from their great taste in dress as well!
DeleteYou two are too funny ! Amazing? Classy? great taste? smh
DeleteCristina Cifuentes always outshine Letizia.
ReplyDeleteSeriously? lol
DeleteLOOOOL. Cristina Cifuentes n'est pas mal, mais elle s'habille toujours trop baroque et sa queue de cheval éternelle est ennuyeuse.
Deletewhy King Felipe holds a stick in his hand?
ReplyDeleteI agree - King Felipe looked much more handsome with the beard. Queen Letizia looks lovely, although seeing the King in morning dress I expected her to be in something a bit fancier.
