| On April 1, 2016, Princess Marie of Denmark visited Denmark Meteorology Institute in Copenhagen. The Danish Meteorological Institute (DMI) was established in 1872. More than 140 years later in 2016, the institute employs 300 people. DMI provides meteorological services in the Commonwealth of the Realm of Denmark, the Faroe Islands, Greenland, and surrounding waters and airspace. |
