On February 1, 2016, Crown Princess Mary of Denmark visited Slagelse Red Cross Center. Crown Princess made this visit in order to monitor the works of the network project "War against loneliness" (Vaerket) that has been jointly developed by "Mary Foundation" and "Red Cross", and to have talks with the participants. The purpose of the project is to make Danish people suffering from long time loneliness meet new people and socialize.

    Outfit is not the best....the "camel hair coat"...it doesn't fit together.

      I think she looks good, great choice of outfit for me, very elegant and business like but also modern...i am really starting to love her sense of style....classic but with that little bit more ;-)

    Thank you for the posting, love the work Mary does with highlighting loneliness along with other issues such as bullying. Loneliness a real problem for many people and can lead to many more. Bravo Mary.

    The second and third pictures are so sweet with a beautiful CP Mary. The colour of the blouse is lovely, simple and elegant.

    and you call her a stylish ICON?????! dressed casual! Just look at Maxima or Mathilde how they dress to attend EVERYDAY events...with hats and pure ELEGANCE and STYLE!

    Mary, take some styling tips from them ASAP!!!!

      Your style to shout us is not polite.

      She is not a queen, Maxima and Mathilde are. When Maxima and Mathilde were crown princesses they dressed very much like Mary. What is very easy to understand. Mary is dressed here with good discretion, this was not any formal situation.

      In my opinion Mary has the very best discretion of all the bunch royals we follow here. She can see what situation needs to dress correctly. We see really very seldom any real mistakes.

      Nothing wrong with using a camel coat, no matter what kind of color you use otherwise. And taking advice from Maxima and Mathilde. I love Maxima, but she's over the top most of the time, Mary would have been crucified if she used M wardrobe. Mathilde..old matronly and boring style most of the time. So no Mary go for your own style. And guess how boring it would be if all used the same style...then we would have had all the copy comment all the time. And what is wrong with dressing casual?? This is Denmark, and in scandinavia there is nothing wrong with dressing casual! And please stop shouting...

    Usually Princess Mary's style is perfect. However, she shall avoid this kind of pants with ankle boots. It make her legs more shorter than ever.

    She looks great! I love the outfit. The colors do blend and are often put together as a color palette.

    I also adore Maxima and Mathilde. But they all have their own style. I much prefer the difference. How boring if they all were matchy matchy. We would not be here.

    And a classic camel hair coat is timeless.

    @ anonyme 17h11 la princesse MARY n'a pas besoin de prendre des leçons auprès de Maxima et Mathilde ni auprès d'autres reines et princesses !! Maxima et même Mathilde ne sont pas toujours élégamment habillées loin de la!! et la reine Maxima avec tous ses chapeaux en fait un peu trop !!! Mary a une belle silhouette et peut tout porter!!
