DeleteCould be extensions or "clip-ins". I meant the surface of her hair, lately it was always a bit fuzzy, looked "forgotten" and often ruined her outfit. Maybe her hairdresser has changed?
Yes, clip ins might be more accurate...easier to put in and take out. Hair looks a lot more "refined" lately.
