      I think the shoes are suppose to complement the decorations on the dress. Probably the lighting in the photograph do not do the shoes justice.

      If this is a fashion blog as many likes to say you should know black hose and shoes are high fashion, light coloured hose are not. So Victoria does nothing wrong here.
