DeleteThe term is re-use or re-wear, not recycle. Recycle means to make an item into something else.

DeleteKate was amazing all week… and i just remembered. she does this every year. she doesn't work all year, then chooses 1 week at the end of the year to do a lot of glamour and dressy events.

DeleteInsincere to duties and charity work, they only come out close to the extended holidays into next Spring, to add to the count and fun red carpet events, then back into hiding again for the rest of the following year in pampered, luxury mansions lifestyle, at tax payers expense.
