The Constitutional Court is the supreme interpreter of the Spanish Constitution, with the power to determine the constitutionality of acts and statutes made by any public body, central, regional, or local in Spain.

    I never liked this Varela outfit, horrible skirt signed by Varela on the front side which is a lack of taste and a red panther on her back side,horrible shirt not fitting her well & showing her nipples ,horrible bag...Let's hope she's leaving the good stuff for her visit to US.

      Her style is sophisticated, but often too simple and dull. She doesn't wear many accesories and it is good to compensate that with strong colours. Red suits her wery well and her nipples are not so much noticeable. Why does it look so horrible to you?

      Anon 8:58 The darts at the bust line need to be ironed or tailored better. It looked just the same in Mexico. Those are not nipples showing. It's appropriate for this occasion I think. Since we know she has her own mind I think she tells Varela what she wants and he complies. Can you see her wearing what Max does? One has to be comfortable in one's skin or it shows.

      14:12 Formal functions are different. Queen Let is beautiful, hair is lovely and proportioned to her size and she is hard at work, dress dignified & professional without going over the top.

      You can find Felipe Varela's name on the right upper side of the skirt, above the freeking pattern of branches or flowers or whatever the heavy drawing is.

    Love every part of Letizia's outfit- earrings, shirt, skirt, shoes and bag, panther and signature included :). Letizia looks wonderful in a cherry red.
