King Felipe VI of Spain and Queen Letizia of Spain attend the 'XXIII Musical Week' closing concert at the Principe Felipe Auditorium during the 'Prince of Asturias Awards 2014' on October 23, 2014 in Oviedo, Spain.
The King and Queen of Spain visited to the Big Apple with a reception for member state delegates of the United Nations. (23 September 2014) Queen Letizia wore the "Felipe Varela" black cocktail dress adorned with the black crystal neckline.
OH MY! Queen Letizia needs to do something like EAT. Her arms are horrible. That last picture is SCARY. I thought I would never see anyone worse than Madonna, but now QL is there :S
ReplyDeleteShe is pretty, but being sooo skinny is not helping her at all, especially not at her age.
I hope someone will be able to help her (I think you can only get like this with a deeply troubled mind/illness).

I really like the hair style and the earrings, and her make up is so natural, queen letizia is so classy, small details which make the whole look stunning. Is the dress a Felipe Varela's?

Letizia and Kate are always in the best dressed lists, Vanity Fair, Vogue, etc, so it doesn't surprise me.
DeleteThey both are real beauties, women who know how to dress and how to use the accessories to enhance their style. I would also include Charlene of Monaco, she is gorgeous too
I am REALLY NOT a Letizia fan/follower and I do follow Kate blogs but I think Letizia is always better dressed than Kate.
DeleteKate is prettier, younger and more of a novelty, covered more in the international press - because she is part of the BM and they were left with Diana's popularity- but Letizia's style wins. Letizia is a more seasoned royal but even when she appeared on the scene you could tell she is a woman of a strong character, determined and confident.
I really, really love this dress, and actually, I think it looks better with the shoes/sandals that she wore at the United Nations. It's a very chic dress, classic but with a twist, which is the neck/back stones line.

I think it's the kind of dress that you could even wear with your hair loose and a pair of red shoes! You love her in France, we like her in Italy too! We love Kate too!
She has a petite body shape with big boobs which safe her look. What bizarre is the arms???

Letizia could definitely be a model, tall, slender, she moves with such a grace and style.
ReplyDeleteI had the opportunity to see her on her recent visit to Portugal, and she looks even better in the flesh. I was pretty impressed by her beauty, she really looks that beautiful, not photo tricks.

OMG! She looks like a movie star! I agree with the comments about her arms, that's normal when you are 42 and quite slim. Having said that, she looks AMAZING! I think queen letizia is getting more beautiful each day, she is glowing, she is the vivid image of happiness. ReplyDeleteI don't know which look I prefer, the three are gorgeous. And I agree with you, she is getting better with age. Her face is so beautiful, and she has a great figure. I also like her husband a lot, he is so good looking, and they make such a lovely couple.

DeleteI'm a big fan of queen letizia, I was checking Paris Match website and saw the pictures under La reine Letizia resplendissante au bras de Felipe, which are the same event as these pictures, she looks so beautiful, and so elegant, the comments in Paris Match are great, they love her look. Queen Letizia is definitely a style icon, when she came to France she looked amazing, we love her here, not only because of her looks but also because she had a very successful career a s a journalist before she married Felipe ten years ago.
