I think queen Letizia is one of the most glamorous royals, but in this occasion queen Maxima looks much more elegant.

ReplyDeleteQueen Letizia is gorgeous, but so painfully thin. Reminds me of Princess Diana when she was battling eating disorders. I sincerely hope that is not the case with Queen Letizia.

ReplyDeleteSo nice for the new kings and queens getting together. It would be great to be a fly on the wall. Wonder if they are saying to each other, "Isn't it FUN being the King/Queen".
To me both queens look fantastic, they are two different styles, and both equally elegant. Love the flowery details on Letizia's dress.

ReplyDeleteLetizia is the queen of simplicity, just perfectly beautiful, as some fashion designer said "Less is More" meaning you don't need all the extra accessories when you have the style.

ReplyDeleteLess can be more. Less can also be too little or fragile even. But why do we need to compare? These 2 women are so different. Maxime is in some ways very Dutch, and some ways very not Dutch. Everyone should be and dress how they want and who they are. Both look lovely.

Queen Letizia is pretty but is painfully thin and it won't help as she ages. She will look much older than her age or have to depend on fillers and surgery :(
