Hayden Panettiere was the first person to showcase a Spring 2013 runway look on the red carpet at the 2012 Emmy Awards, held at the Nokia Theatre L.A. Live on Sunday evening. The petite blonde went with red-carpet favourite Marchesa for the occasion.
