    The dress fits nice, though the colour doesn’t brighten her face. Perhaps some jewellery would help. I also think that since she is wearing lower heels the length of her dress should be shortened a few inches.

      You just gave me the answer what's actually wrong in this outfit that seemingly looks perfect. This A-line skirt with those shoes... they just don't go together. Besides shorter skirt, maybe a solid block-heel pumps would have done the trick.
