Princess Maria Laura and William Isvy have welcomed their first child together, a son named Albert

The Belgian Royal Palace announced that Princess Maria Laura and William Isvy have welcomed their first child together, a son named Albert. The statement from the Belgian Royal Palace reads: "Princess Maria Laura and William Isvy are delighted to announce the birth of their son Albert, born on Sunday, January 26, in Brussels. Albert weighs 3.5 kg and is doing well, just like his mother.The families of the young parents share in their happiness."

The Belgian Royal Palace shared a photo of baby Albert on its official social media accounts. Albert is now the 11th in line to the Belgian throne. Albert's parents, Princess Maria Laura and William Isvy, married on September 10, 2022. Princess Maria Laura, the niece of King Philippe, is the second child of Princess Astrid of Belgium.

    Congratulations with your little baby Albert.
    Princess Maria Laura is coming home to get married and to have her first baby. Otherwise we never see or hear anything from the children of Princess Astrid and Prince Lorenz. The last time we saw them was at the wedding ceremony of Maria-Laura and William Isvy. They all live abroad. Perhaps the youngest daughter is still studying abroad, I wouldn't know. The two eldest children are married now : Prince Amedeo and Princess Maria-Laura.
