The Princess Royal attended the opening night of the Spanish Riding School tour at OVO Arena Wembley in London. The event was hosted by presenter Nicki Chapman and showcased the snowy white Lipizzaner horses, a favourite of the royal family. The Spanish Riding School of Vienna is the oldest riding academy worldwide that has been maintaining and practising classical horsemanship in its Renaissance tradition of the 'High School'.

Love this indian inspired dress coat a lot on Anne. A clean and fresh modern look with traditional vibes. nice autumn colour. DeleteI love this coat!!! It is beautiful and looks fabulous on the Princess Royal. I love the teal dress she is wearing under it--what a great color choice with a coat that has so much color in it. She is certainly in her element with the beautiful horses. Princess Anne looks marvelous here!

ReplyDeleteI prefer the way the coat is styled on the model. Better than with the green dress underneath. Lucky she didn't wear the light green hat. There is something wrong with Princess Anne's coat. In the first pic. one can see the back of the coat. It doesn't fit very well. I think the coat has been made smaller, but it looks like it has not been done very well. If only she would go to a good hair stylist to have her hair cut in a modern short hair style like the Duchess of Gloucester f.e. And ask advice how to apply good makeup adapted to her age.
I agree about your comment regarding Princess Anne's hair, it looks like straw.

DeleteCan you point out, why you think the coat does not fit properly in the back? Where it was altered? Because I don't see it. Difficult to see, as she does not stand straight in this picture. She is leaning forward to greet somebody. For that the fabric pulls up a bit. Other than that I would say it fits.

DeleteLet's not forget it is a fashion blog in the first place. Wether the person that is photographed here is a hard worker or not is irrelevant. The coat or the dress or hat have nothing to do with it.
