On June 19, 2024, The Spanish royal family celebrated the 10th anniversary of King Felipe VI's proclamation. In the evening, Crown Princess Leonor and Infanta Sofía visited the Royal Collections Gallery along with 40 young people from different parts of Spain. King Felipe and Queen Letizia accompanied their daughters, Crown Princess Leonor and Infanta Sofia, on the gallery visit. Afterwards, King Felipe, Queen Letizia, Crown Princess Leonor, and Infanta Sofia attended the Ara Malikian concert at the Royal Palace.
No! A young woman in her twenties cannot dress like that. It's ridiculous. The mother is better dressed and more youthful. Stefania
ReplyDeleteTwuenties?? 17 and 18 years old..
DeleteChill Stefania, this is the future Queen not any random young woman.
DeleteTwenties?
@Angie
DeleteWhy always so aggressive if someone doesn't know the exact age of the crown princess ?
Not everyone has to like what the crown princess is wearing. I for myself I like the top but not the skirt, I would have worn it with black trousers. This is a fashion site. You can expect as well people who are liking an outfit very much and other who don't like it. It is not forbidden to say you don't like the way some queen or princess is dressed. But I think what is more important to you is the price of the outfit. As long as it is cheap you are satisfied.
Anon 18.33, there is a point in what Angie says. If the outfit was overly expensive you would have strong opinions about that.
DeleteAgree …looks like she is dressed in a nightgown ! Plus too old for a girl at her age. Sofia is best here.

DeleteOh no, I would not have strong opinions about the price of the outlet. I am not from Spain. It is in Spain that the royals have to look out what they spend on clothes not in my country. Signed Anon 18:33
the best age for Lenor to wear this, after 40 plus it would raise eyebrows to wear lace
DeleteAngie aggressive....and "ridículos" is polite?? Don't make me laught...
Delete@Angie
DeleteWell said.
Anon 08.19, fully agree!
DeleteJ'aime beaucoup la combinaison très féminine de Leonor avec un haut élégant à fines bretelles porté sur une jupe dans le même style !
ReplyDeleteThese are lovely photos particularly the ones just of the family. I like the other pics too showing the family mixing casually with the group. The outfits of Q. Letitia and her daughters are perfect - relaxed elegance for all three of them. ( V.M.)
ReplyDeleteDespite earlier comments I like yours: totally agree!
DeleteSo nice to see all these young Spanish women together with their princesses.
Everybody well dressed for their age.
...on point.
DeletePas fan de la tenue de Leonor
ReplyDeleteFroufrou
They are very close to each other. Love and adore this intimacy. Nathalie
ReplyDeleteIndeed…a very lovely family.
DeleteThis is one of the best dressed royal families (if not THE best dressed) out there. I love seeing their individual style. The girls are finding their way very nicely through a very difficult age to dress -- the late teens to early twenties. They are no longer "girls" and not quite "women". There is so little available for young royal ladies that age that doesn't look too stuffy or too young, but gives a youthful adult appearance. Letizia is the queen of separates, creating new and fresh outfits with pieces she already owns. I love all these outfits.
ReplyDeleteWell said! anna e.

DeleteHow can they be THE best dressed royal family ? The queen and princesses outfits are bought in street style shops like mango, zara, üterque, etc. Sometimes Queen Letizia wears Hugo Boss and Caroline Herrera which are two better brands of high quality, but she has also a lot of clothes from cheap shops.
The only person in this family who is always dressed outstanding is King Felipe. Of course because of his length he cannot buy his suits ready made, but has to order them at a tailor's who shows him the finest fabrics among which he can choose to make his suits. He wears his suits for a long time. That is what you usually do when you buy high quality.
I find it too underwearish for a future princess
ReplyDeleteI agree with you. They are always very well dress fir their occasions. It w a s a surprise to see Princess Leonor not up to par!
DeleteAngie 17:02 there is no need to be rude and insulting, everyone here is just stating an opinion, Remage
ReplyDeleteStefania was actually rude and insulting
DeleteI don't find Angie's comments rude at all. It is Stefania that is out of touch in my opinion, and rudely so. I think sometimes the people commenting are not aware of how young people around the world actually dress. Leonor is more covered up than most girls her age would be in a similar environment. The skirt alone would be half the length. Stefania's comments came across as an attack. Angie, as we know is a strong supporter of the Spanish royals, was was merely defending Leonor against some strong words that she (and I) did not agree with.
DeleteLOL...the only one insulting was Estefanía...
DeleteEven if you are a strong supporter of the Spanish royals there is always a polite way to say you do not agree. And that goes as well for Stefania as for Angie.
Paloma.
The princess is beautiful, works close to her, she'll make a great queen one day, but she's too young to be dressed like that..as for the queen, she's not wearing heels anymore, maybe she's got a problem, but she looks so short next to the king
ReplyDeleteI just love how the Queen, who isn't exactly small herself, basically vanishes among all those lovely dressed folks, while Sofía easily peeks above their heads. Outfit-wise, I think everyone is well dressed. Yes, I agree that Leonors outfit is a bit mature for her age, but especially in the group photo, she looks every inch a future queen. Sofía's white ensemble is my favourite, with Letizia's a close second.
ReplyDelete-Nika-
The Queen's outfit, I like, its modern and stylish. I don't like the uneven hem. The girls look lovely.
ReplyDeleteTo Angie’s defenders, Stefania stated her opinion, Angie called her ridiculous and unpleasant I just think there is no need to go there, no matter how much you defend the ones you like it’s always nice to do it with civility, this is about clothes and for fun, we are not saving the planet here, so enjoy it and try to be nice, that’s how I was raised, remage
ReplyDeleteAngie stated her opinion too... Estefanía started with the word "ridículous" and the meaning in Spanish is almost the same....you obviously did not undestand??
DeleteI think you are a bit "cynical""...civility is calling a 18 years old girl "ridículous"...don't make me laught...please!!
Yet Stefania called the outfit choice ridiculous..yes Angie has all rights saying it back.
DeleteLovely family they seem to be very close. Sofias outfit is spot on. Not a fan of Letizia's skirt or footwear. Leonor's skirt is nice just don't like the top, too much of a launch wear style. OMO . Felipe is always a dish and nice to look at. I think I stop now. css
ReplyDeleteI for one think Princess Leonor looks lovely and her outfit is lovely. A slip dress isn’t underwearish to me. Especially since it seems no one wears slips anymore unfortunately. I would think her mother has veto power over the girls fashions still. If she’s okay with it , so am I.
