US President Barack Obama and First Lady of the United States, Michelle Obama attended a private lunch hosted by the Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip at the Oak Room at Windsor Castle on April 22, 2016 in Windsor, England. (The President and his wife are currently on a brief visit to the UK where they will have lunch with HM Queen Elizabeth II at Windsor Castle and dinner with Prince William and his wife Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge at Kensington Palace).

    There are many medical reasons why women to put on weight. Cruel to say the presidents wife is fat. There might be a reason for it. Also genes play a role. Therefore the Duchess will be slender like her mom and sister. Mrs Obama's gene pool might be totally different. Please don't' be rude. The obesity time bomb in American and England it is brilliant for the Duchess to set the example how the nation must look.

    Most of the people have no "medical reasons" to be fat. It is well known that people eat too much and that is why they are FAT. People who are fat should understand that and change their way of eating.
    And it is absolutely not rude to talk about it ! If we do not talk about it people will get even more fat and sick and eventually die much too early.
